A. Commission Rights

1. I reserve the right to accept or reject commission proposals. I will not do commissions for free, or over more than two payments.
2. I retain full rights to the artwork created, and all artwork must be credited to Yazmine Yin. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification, and AI training of my artwork is prohibited, even with proper credit. Keep in mind that claiming art as your own is considered art theft, which is a federal crime under Title 17, and I will pursue legal action if necessary.
3. I reserve the right to use completed commissions in my portfolio and social media. I have no intention to resell your commission or turn it into merchandise without your consent.
4. Commissioners are purchasing the rights to use my artwork for personal use only (e.g., printing for personal display or sharing on social media with proper credit).
5. Finalized art pieces will be provided only in a digital format, via Discord or Email.
6. If the commissioner loses their digital copy of my work, they are free to request another copy by presenting a receipt. Receipts will be emailed as PDFs within 24 hours of commission request approval.
7. All PERSONAL USE artwork and commissions are protected under CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0.
8. Details on Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding, resale) are listed in Section E.

B. Payment Details and Refunds

1. You will pay either in full or in half (half the fee before I start and the other half when I send you the sketch).
2. Payment is only accepted via Paypal in USD.
3. The cost of artwork may vary based on the complexity of the piece. Details will be discussed confidentially between myself and the commissioner. Basic prices will be listed below.
4. Full refunds are available if you cancel before I begin the artwork.
5. After the sketch stage, refunds will depend on the current progress of the artwork.
6. If I cancel the commission, I will:
   • Provide reasoning.
   • Issue a full refund.
   • Deliver the artwork completed up to the cancellation point.
7. If any disputes arise, I am willing to discuss and resolve them amicably. Chargebacks or disputes made through PayPal without prior communication will result in immediate termination of the commission agreement, and the commissioner will lose the rights to the artwork.
8. Refunds and artwork will NOT be provided if:
   • The commissioner is a confirmed pedophile, child/animal abuser, or involved in similar allegations.
   • The commissioner behaves disrespectfully toward me or my team.
   • The commissioner is a troll or spammer.

C. Art Revision Process

1. We will discuss the commission in a standard 3 reviews:
   • Initial discussion
   • Sketch review
   • Color review
2. Additional Art revisions can be requested, however, these will have an additional fee, which is based on my current availability and schedule.

D. Deadlines and Communication

1. I will provide the customer with an estimated timeframe for their commission based on my availability and the complexity of the request.
2. If you require a specific deadline, it must be agreed upon before payment is made. Rush orders may incur an additional fee, depending on the timeframe and complexity.
3. I will update the commissioner in case of any unexpected setbacks during the process.
4. Communication will primarily take place via Discord or emails. I will not accept requests made through my other social medias.
5. I expect professional and respectful communication during the commissioning process; otherwise, I will reject your request.
6. Excessive delays in communication (e.g., no response after 2 weeks) may result in cancellation without refund, depending on the circumstances.

E. Commercial Use Commissions

1. Artwork, designs, and publicity made for commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding, resale) will be subject to pricing fully based on the client’s request and the estimated complexity of the project.
2. I will retain partial rights to the finished piece. All artwork or publicity must be credited to Yazmine Yin.
3. Portfolio and social media rights will be confidentially discussed between myself and the client.
4. Commissioners are purchasing the rights to use my artwork and publicity for commercial use, as such they are free to reproduce and resell, but modifications are not permitted.
5. All COMMERCIAL USE artwork, commissions, and publicity are protected under CC-BY 4.0.

F. Commission Limitations

• I am not currently accepting full NSFW or any animation commissions.
• Artwork with religious or political themes will be immediately rejected.
